We offer a range of yoga classes along with a variety or other movement, wellness, and creative classes and workshops.

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly but we are a coop style studio so we thank you for your patience.

We offer very affordable drop-in class rates ($15 for yoga, specialty events and workshops vary). In an effort to keep class prices low and provide fair pay to all instructors we do not offer membership or class deferral/transfers. If you are unable to attend a class and cancel 24 hours before the class start time we will provide partial refund.

Collaborative, comfortable, and community focused. We're here to guide your practice, support you wherever you are on your journey, and encourage and support you to continue showing up for yourself on and off the mat.

While our physical address is on E Main St. our entrance is around back and accessible from the gravel lot off S Bayard Ave from E Main St. Our building entrance is shared with River City Barber Shop. The white door on the far right beside the stairs in the back of the building.
